I almost thought this hotel was decent, but the noise from the street is unbearable, and my room had no temperature regulating devices, which really woudl ve been a nice touch. To top it off, i didn't even get a complimentary drink upon arrival as a 'thank you' for choosing them. Disappointing to say the least.

The hotel breakfast featured a good homemade pastry that was the highlight of my morning! I also loved the friendly staff who went out of their way to resolve our check-in hiccup, we felt right at home.

A little noise didn't overshadow the overall experience-just a reminder to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

I recently spent 4 nights there while visiting Quito. We had an amazing experience with the room being very clean and providing a lovely view of the street and mountains. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a great variety of juices and coffee that set us up for the day. The staff was kind and willing to help us. When we had a price issue at check-in, the manager resolved it quickly and was a very kind gentleman. The breakfast had an abundance of food and juices which was a huge plus for our group. Our rooms were clean, and we got new towels every two days.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.
